The apartments is made up of 50 furnished units, each with a living room (hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes), a fully-equipped kitchen, an LCD television and a desk corner, etc.

The residence offers many services included as internet access or weekly cleaning and with an additional cost: continental breakfast, laundry facilities, parking. ..

The hotel staff is present on site from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday for services related to the cafeteria, reception, and maintenance of common areas. Outside of office hours, an access code located at the entrance door will let you reach your apartment safely.

The reception is open from 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday. It is closed on Saturdays Sundays and public holidays.

If you plan to arrive outside opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code.

There is no breakfast service available on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Cleaning of the room is made once a week. The hotel also offers reception as amenity.

Bus : Take bus #3, #7, #8, or #21 to the Centre des Conferences stop.

Metro : The tram is a few minutes walk from the residence or direct access by bus.

Train : Near the central train station (Gare SNCF Orleans).

Car : Follow signs for 'Orleans (center)', then 'Centre de Conferences'.
